Last night was the biggest waste of time EVER. Why do I even bother trying to sleep? I waste more energy by TRYING to fall asleep for 8 hours than I would if I just stayed up. So freaking obnoxious

I've found that I fall asleep quicker (by quicker I mean at all) when I listen to music. I think it is because my mind has something else to process and I don't get caught up in my own thoughts. Now as for staying asleep, that is a whole other problem that I have yet to solve.
