One night of indulgence a week will not make you gain all that weight back. In fact it is probably necessary for keeping the weight off because if you feel like you are depriving yourself it is still a diet, and diets won't work long term. What you did was make a lifestyle change and that is why you are skinny-mini. 6 days a week you are still in that life style. So indulge once in a while, because you deserve it.
