Fall Fest: Sapphire2309's treat basket

What kind of treats do you want? Fic, icons, vids, and fanart (specifically, wallpapers - screen res: 1366 x 768).
Favorite WC characters: Neal Caffrey, Sara Ellis, Kate Moreau, Rachel Turner, Elizabeth Burke, Alex Hunter.
Things you like in fanworks: ANGST, H/C (comfort optional), cuddly floof (literally, all the cuddles ever C:), dynamics of relationships (in this case, platonic),
Things you don't like in fanworks: Not exactly a dislike, but if you choose to write Rachel, I'd really love it if you write her as a murder princess (veleda-k's term <3), while including The One Line She Won't Cross, i.e. hurting Neal.

My dream with all these people is like a fic that puts them all in the same college and has them growing up together :3
But! If that's not your ballgame, here's a bunch of things I'm not 100% on any of these characters. Explore them, ditch them, take them on a completely unrelated tango tangent, whatever you want :D
- Did Neal ever want siblings? If he had any, would he be any different? Would he be the responsible older brother? The totally sorted middle child? Or would he stay the same - reckless youngest brother?
- Neal's made an art out of being selectively blind to consequences of his actions, which causes emotional turmoil both for him and the people who love him. (see everything around the u-boat and his decision to fake his death, among many others) How did this happen? Why does he feel the need to take all the negative consequences he perceives onto himself? Why can't he see the whole picture?
- Sara is seriously injured and in a hospital. How long does it take for anyone to find out?
- Did Sara ever have more of a social life than she does now, in canon? What were her friends like? (I have half formed visions of very responsible college friends who partied hard only *after* all the homework was done xD)
- Does Kate ever wish that she could settle for normal? That she could do what people expect her to do, and not drift freely from art to business to the lying game?
- Why is Kate so tetherless before/during her relationship with Neal that she can freely hop from city to city every week without having someone to worry about her? Or does she have a system in place to stay in touch with her family?
- Where is Rachel's 'too injured to murder people' bolthole? (Does it exist?)
- Why did Rachel choose to betray MI5? Where is the root of her evil? Is she just that way? Was she disillusioned? Did she abandon her morals somewhere along the way?
- Why is Elizabeth an event planner? What drew her to the industry? Is it something she discovered through her old job at the art gallery? (I forget its name) Does she just like organizing chaos?
- Elizabeth jokes in Season 6 that unless Bordeaux shows up on a blood test, she'll be fine. When did she grow this fond of wine? At college? Through her work at the art gallery? Through event planning? (Was it Mozzie?)
- How about a softer, more private side of Alex? Does she love apple pie? Long walks through Parisian parks? Snowflakes?
- The music box can't be the only reason Alex cons and fences. Is there a story there? Was it a matter of convenience? Did she start stealing for the challenge? Why does she both steal and fence? What does she like about fencing? Does she fence and fence?
Basically, I just want to know more about what other people think of them :3

My favourite characters outside of White Collar are Dottie Underwood (Agent Carter), Natasha Romanoff (MCU), Olivia Pope and Mellie Grant (Scandal), Cristina Yang (Grey's Anatomy), Scottie Hargrave, Nez Rowan and Mr. Solomon (The Blacklist and The Blacklist: Redemption), Raymond Reddington, Mr. Kaplan and Samar Navabi (The Blacklist), and Jessica Jones (Jessica Jones). Do you like any of them too?
