The real die hards need prompts, grin... I guess there is still interest since although probably a lot less than when the show aired, but since both Matt and Tim keep giving us great footage, I am still inspired and I love seeing prompts.
I think all those ideas sound good :) I'd be happy to see reposted prompts as I've often either missed them or not had time to fill them first time round. And more specific themes would help to inspire prompts for me, sometimes H/C is just too broad to get my brain working to think up a prompt!
For me, a lot of time this community clashes with other things - WC BB, WC Reverse BB, WCPairings, fandom stocking from the top of my head. I still really like it here, though... I loved that we opened the community to other kind of fills, like vid and art.
Should we drop down to a new prompt post every other month? I think that might lead to people forgetting when the new round starts (or is that just me? LOL.)
Should we allow prompt reposting in every round?I like this a lot, I think. And if we worry the prompts will be reposted over and over again, we could impose a period on how long a prompt can't be reposted (four months? six months

No worries about not participating every time! I know there's a lot of other stuff going on and only so much time for fan things, especially since there's no new canon to keep giving us new plot fodder. But I'm perfectly happy to keep running rounds.
The idea of alternating "special" rounds with regular rounds + reprompts sounds great, and I also really like the idea of having a time limit before a prompt can be reprompted.
We had a "lightning fill" round last year and that went REALLY well -- basically it was one-line prompts instead of the usual more complex prompts, with short commentfic or art fills, and lots of people participated. I think it'd be a good idea to do it again! The one-sentence fest sounds good - I'll make a note. :)
One thing that came up a while back is the gen limitation of the community. I'm not saying we should do away with it completely, but maybe ease it a bit? Say, I'd love to read a fic about Neal and Kate, trying to cope with Neal's time in prison. This is very relationship-focused, but at the same time
