Day 31

Jul 31, 2011 12:45

…and DONE! Whew! I can't believe I actually managed to write something for this every single day! Especially considering I had regular journal entries tossed in here and there, too… though I suppose that just says something pretty sad about my (lack of) summer plans. :P

Also, how like me is this: I've answered 35 questions in my 30-day meme. ;)

Congratulations on being done!! I certainly didn't manage to post every day for 30 days in a row.

I completely lost my shit over Chopper and the sakura “tree” and I’ll certainly not be forgetting Nami trying to stab off her own Arlong tattoo, either

Completely agreed, and you haven't seen the half, uh, one-sixteenth of it. ;_; (And neither have I, most likely. Most recent manga chapter to make me bawl like Chopper Usopp nakama name *spoiler deleted* a little girl: volume 44, chapter 430.)

(I also found that phone booth scene in Sailor Moon was one that really stuck with me.)

Haha, never expect it again. ;) I basically had time for *nothing* else and/or I seriously shirked work duties. >_> It was fun but, good gravy it's time consuming talking about all this. ;)

Yay, you made it!

(I would be equally happy to see either Koori or G-Defend be made into an anime, assuming we are talking about a proper long TV series and not trying to cram the whole series into a 2 episode OAV or something.)

I choose Koori.

assuming we are talking about a proper long TV series

Aren't the Junjou/Sekaiichi anime successful? I wish producers would take the hint and go looking for more BL manga to turn into full series.

I think so, but they are also based on hugely successful manga. And, for all we know, Tosuisha is a total jerk to any potential anime producers. :/

Mine are almost all Korean manhwa, really. The biggest two that I want to see are ID and The Breaker - those would be so awesome animated well^^

And congrats on your meme - it was definitely fun, and it was interesting to see other perspectives on certain things^^
