I bet you could get him to sit in class and pretend to be you, confusing everyone! (mostly because you two look nothing alike!)

Did you get to watch it? Huh? Huh? Didya?

If it wasn't so hilariously dangerous, you could freeze The Giraffe inside a block of dry ice instead of the normal water sort. Oh, or even better - liquid nitrogen! He'd get all brittle and explode when you sledged him! Sure, that'd render the other steps in the murder kind of pointless, but it'd be beyond cool.

Hilariously Dangerous is my middle names! (I just spell them wrong.)

I keep imagining the giraffe melting after we sledge it to nitrogen bits, and then pooling back up and ATTACKING. It might be super cool to destroy it that way, but the nightmares I'd have afterwards would totally make it not worth it!

Not that I'm considering it, but how WOULD someone get liquid nitrogen anyways. Do you have to have a "supervillian" membership card?

I, of course, have to be different. I viewed the murder on my Nintendo Wii's built in web browser. Since there is no "screen caputer" function, I took all the photos with my Nikon D70. I got 79 pics.

I have to go pick up my partner new, but I'll put together a "contact sheet" so you can see all the images.

They looked so great! I'm amazed you took those of the screen itself. The framing of the shots with the dark borders really add to it! Thanks so so so much!

1. it was a beautiful and fitting ceremony.

2. I also had to be different, and now I'm all worried about it. I couldn't be bothered to download and learn a screen capture program, so I just hit ALT-PrtSc and Ctrl-V until my fingers were black and blue (in retrospect, maybe i should have just pressed the buttons instead of hitting them all the time). So, all your screen captures are in a Word doc, because it was the easiest thing i could think of to Ctrl-V them into. Now I'm worried that you can't use it in that format, so if you can't, let me know and I'll try to figure out how to get them out and into a more useable format - 23 pictures for the short video, and 93 pictures for the long one.

Here is a trick I figured out at work:

1. Turn the word doc into a PDF.

2. Import the PDF images into Photoshop.

Presto. Individual images.

If you have neither program, send me the word doc, and I'll convert 'em for you. Won't take long at all.

um, I've got to read through this again, but i'll ask real quick then, cause i'm unsure...when those videos were up, did you just want participants to blow up the video to full screen and then take pictures of the video...or just the part when you immerse the giraffe?

anyway...i didn't take any pictures, but i saw the videos...definitely had an obsessive element, sort of felt like witnessing a cult ceremony. also was like watching something going on that was very illegal. and of course lots of mysterious things happening like wearing the swim suit etc.

i'd like to make it out there for one of the 'parts' of the murder... that would be cool.
