Summer Sub-lease

I am looking for a sub-lease for my friend Grace for a month. Do any of you know of anyone who is interested to rent out an apartment or part of it?

Patrick might have a room, if Ross has finished moving out of it. He's just moving downstairs, so I'm guessing that he's taking his time getting stuff down there.

I need a furnished room. Do you think that would be possible? Bed at least?
I need it from mid July to mid August. Perhaps Ross can rent the downstairs to Grace and move later? I don't know... just a thoght. How much do you think the room would cost?

I don't know. You'd have to ask Patrick about it. Since I'm not there anymore, I don't really know what the living situation is like. Lemme see if I can dig out his e-mail address and get it to you.

I don't have a spare bed for the room. I do have a cot... I'm not if sure anyone would want to sleep on it for a month, but if you're desperate, it might do.
