A/N: OK, so another break in between chapters. I sort of feel like now that they are writing and sending letters, I don’t know what they’d say. It’s so much easier to think things, but not say them out loud

Congratulations on the house - and condolences, too, since homeownership has both joys and bummers. Advice from a homeowner? Always get three bids; whatever you do will cost more and take longer to accomplish than you think; doing it yourself provides more satisfaction, and you fret less about mistakes. :-)
