I know what you are going through. I have been there. And when people say "give it time"... they know what they are talking about.
Plus, college is a really shitty time to meet guys. Basically a lot of guys (and girls) are just looking for experience, hookups, whatever... not something serious. There are a lot of exceptions though, its just harder to find them.
And you should know that you are beautiful. You are blessed with great friends, a great sorority where you will get the opportunity to meet a lot of people.
Desperation is a turn off, confidence is the key. But I know its hard not to be desperate.
And it might be hard to find someone that intially feels the same way about you that you feel about them. I feel like a lot of relationships start off a little uneven... I might be wrong..
But just enjoy the fact that you are a year older and you are in colelge and having a great time and doing fun things. :)
