Last night didn't end that badly.

Subway veggie sub, and water. Was worried it might end in a beer binge.

Today I managed to stop myself from drinking more than a few sips of coffee, which is huge. Piece of toast and a gastritis friendly smoothie for breakfast (banana, probiotic yogurt, egg, almond milk, PB), packed myself some celery and grapes for at-work snack (which I didn't have time to eat) and now I'm home from work about to indulge in my favourite gastritis salad (Apple or pear/feta/walnut with tofu fried in avocado oil, and honey and apple cider vinegar dressing) and a bowl of yesterday's masterpiece soup. So far, so good. I have no plans for the rest of the day and the husband has a night class, so I have no idea what to do with myself. Rest assured, I'll be updating this to keep myself in check. Probably.
