I'm just about to prepare myself a peanut butter and jelly sandwich when I come across a conundrum.  Jelly, well it makes the bread soggy.  I have been told to avoid this by putting peanut butter on both slices of bread, then putting on the jelly.  However I don't like my jelly to be overpowered, in addition the peanut butter won't fully wipe off
