Eating season is quickly approaching. I have been eating a lot of sugar lately and my blood pressure and weight have been increasing. My doctor told me I need to lose about 15 lb. Unfortunate that fat stimulates your GERD, since that means you can't have most forms of quick, easy protein (like nuts or meat that isn't extra-lean), which would help with the low blood sugar. And carbs would just keep you up at night if you eat them too late in the evening. :/
