I took a couple of this poor barn. It's been on it's last legs for a while, and well, David and I were really surprised to see it still standing after the last storm. I'm sending two, as I love how you can see the red interior of the barn doors in the second one...

LOL...that is almost exactly what my Aunt just said...LOL..she said...."Poor ol' thing!"

The amazing thing, 500 miles worth of power poles were blown over, orchards were ruined, roofs ruined by the winds of this storm, I saw huge barns taken down...but this poor little thing was still standing. I was amazed.

You know Colleen.. you really have a gift there. It doesn't seem to matter what you take pictures of, they all turn out brilliantly! You've got such an eye for angles and how best to take a photo!

In one of your previous posts, you took a picture of several barns.. in a row.. smaller into the distance, the very dark fence at the front with the red roofs going into the distance.. LOL it almost reminded me of "snow white" LOL the blackness of her hair and the red of her blood on a rose.. LOL I know, I'm weird.. but the contrasts of the colours in your photos.. just brilliant! I really think you ought to create a portfolio :)

xoxoxoxoxo ( I so wish I had your eye for this stuff!!)
