There are so many things that go well together: gin and tonic, men and old age, and of course, our beloved Colm and Stratford.
Looks like he's going to be in Cyrano de Bergerac and Macbeth. Sounds tasty.

Him playing Cyrano seem like he's being miscast though...

Oh and he isn't really being miscast. He did do Cyrano back in 1994 as well. :P

I meant that he's too good looking to play a classical unfortunate looking character.
I guess it's the wonders of theatre!

Oh, true! Yeah, they were going to give him a false nose but I think they decided on just the wart attached to his proper nose. He is far too beautiful to play Cyrano. They'll have to work hard to make him unattractive! Hours and hours in the make-up room. Poor guy... Lol.

I'm going at end of July. I was also lucky enough to see him in "Julius Caesar" on Broadway a few years ago, and saw his Stratford performances two years ago as well. He was fantastic as Don Juan and as Fagin in "Oliver!"

I really can't wait to see him as Macbeth.
