Thanks so much, Tripp. This one was pretty tough for me as well, but for the opposite reasons--- I'm actually very close to my three siblings! As a result I tend to get particularly distraught over sibling-relationships-gone-horribly-wrong in fiction, and let's face it, these two are pretty much the poster boys.

...also (as I complained to Juno), it's quite tricky to go from snappy sexy Steve/Tony banter to the bottomless pits of Thor/Loki angst. WRITING WHIPLASH. O____O

Actually, as a joke I put this fic and my last Steve/Tony fic into one of those "What's My Writing Style?" analyzers. The Steve/Tony fic was likened to David Foster Wallace. This one was compared to H.P. Lovecraft. XD
