woke up - cramping - evacuate felt beter.
pooped again.
took 4 paranil and scoop of fiber with apple juice.
had some of the ground beef with mixed veggies for breakfast and hot cocoa.

huge evacuation of bowels, twice. didn't get it all out the first time. 9am
felt better.

10 or so am, 4 paranil glass of water 30min later 1 coop fiber. pizza, hot cocoa, water
4 toxinout capsules and 2 detoxgreen with dinner with glass of water

Today is my day off, so I'm starting the Colonix Program.
Everything was packaged sealed, neatly, and they also smell authentic.
Like real herbs that are bitter, btw.
