I was cleaning up my office since my Korean family gets here TOMORROW (WEDDING IN A WEEK, SOUND THE ALARMS) and so I'm rearranging my bookshelf and what happens?

...it collapses... all over me.

Worst part... I was rearranging it to put my heavy stuff ON THE BOTTOM. Jon thinks that that what happened was that the heavy books on the bottom were leaning against both sides of the bookcase and that made the book case start to bow on the sides and as it went up the other books were leaning on the sides of the book case too and the back had popped out and that too was pushing against the sides and that just... made a run on sentence. XD You get the point. XD

AND YEAH! DARK CRYSTAL FTW!! I have the collector's edition DVD too!

I think this is the first comment I've ever made on your journal, but this is a great travesty! The same thing happened to me when I was living at home; I still try and convince myself that some of my beat up books look 'appreciated' rather than past their best.

The last time I did that, I had my physics books near the top for ease of access.

Now that the bruises have healed, the physics books are on the bottom of the shelves, and the shelves are bolted to the wall.

Good luck with your bruises. And hopefully this will be the worst thing to happen leading up to your wedding.
