Round 1: Challenge 3
Round 1: Challenge 3 - Time for the next challenge. This one is probably more difficult because there's so many colors in here, hopefully all of you will try and enter an icon, because when it's difficult, it's difficult for everyone!
RULES:
+ You can only enter if your name is listed here
+ You may skip this challenge, but remember you may not skip more than 3 times.
+ You can only use the provided base.
+ You're not allowed to add anything to your icon except coloring. (textures are only allowed if you're using it to achieve a certain coloring.)
+ Entries should fit LJ standards (100*100 px, 40kb)
+ Entries should remain anonymous until results are posted.
+ Post your entry as a comment to this post with image + url
+ Comments are screened
+ Icons are due Thursday 12 June 7:00 PM (GMT +1 hour - dutch time)
+ If you don't like the way your icon turned out or you think that it's nothing near the good coloring, I suggest you just post the icon, because you never know, maybe it was hard for all participants and still your icon can be the best ;) Also if you enter all challenges you'll get an award for it.

To achieve this kind of coloring I used two textures, It's not that necessary to use them, because there are many ways to achieve a certain coloring, but it could help. (:
