no, he can't be. if he were a horcrux he would have to destroy himself and then he couldn't destroy voldemort.. or can he just destroy the part of voldemort's soul that's in him? but i thought horcruxes were not people?

i bought HBP.
at 12:02 am.

i can't read it though, because i don't remember the end of book five so now i have the book sitting on top of the wine cabinet waiting to be read.

unfortunately, no one can read it and it has yet to be opened. i'll get around to it. eventually.
