Good luck! Sounds like an interesting challenge :D

I've got a lot of respect for photographers. I understand the theories regarding composition and such, but I've never been able to pull off the stunning shots and perfect-timing captures I see all over the place. It's a lot tougher than one would think!

Ach, I don't really know ANYTHING about photography! My dad attempted to teach me some of the finer details of the art once (he's pretty good), but most of it went right over my head. I should ask him about it again...

I hope to use the challenge as practice! I already have a few ideas, but I think I should spend a day taking the bus and going around the city and take random photos. I've always wanted to do that. :D

Lol well, the rule of thirds is always a safe place to start. It's a pretty simple concept but really does enhance composition. You see it a lot in movies, too :)

Practice makes perfect! Make sure you enjoy it, too :D
