It would appear that the approach of spring has inspired a bit of spring cleaning. Mrs. Strange may be seen throughout the morning, carrying seemingly larger and larger stacks of books out of her room and back into the library.

She looks tired, perhaps due to the great stacks of books, but cheerful enough. And, as ever, she would welcome

It would be most likely that eventually, Pascal Rougon - though distracted he may be - will notice the repeated comings and goings.

He's been working quite a bit at his usual carell in the library, and stands to stretch his legs as Mrs. Strange comes in once more. "Do you need help, Madame?"

"O, no," she says, searching for a place to set down this latest stack.

"If you say so, Madame." He paces a little.

'You seem restless, sir,' she notes.
