Ah! I figured out that CS2 has an animation program, so I used that instead (I was completely lost in imageready) I love my new icon, thank you so much for the awesome tutorial!

Did you have to reduce the colors on yours? I tried animating mine and it turned out WAY too big. I did mine in PSP7, so I'm wondering how you did yours.

Hmm I'm not sure what you mean by reducing colors? I did my own edits to the original picture, so I only took the snowflake images from here, nothing else. What turned out too big? Your image or your snowflakes?
