Please take time to read before participating. Join my sprees only if you are comfortable and trust me!

1. ORDERS
1.1. Please add item to cart to ensure availability. No backordered items (unless otherwise stated)
1.2. Double check that the item name, URL and price is correct. I will follow the URL if name and URL differs.
1.3. No booking of slots. I will only take in orders of those who pay up first before the spree closes as shown on my IB statement, and not according to those who posted their comments first.
1.4. If you need to edit your post, kindly delete and repost a new comment. Inform me of the change especially if I have already verified your payment.
1.5. I take the responsibility to check and order your items accurately in correct quantity and color, should items not arrive/are incorrect/arrive imperfect, I will not be held responsible. Mistakes on my part will be compensated based on my discretion.
1.6. I reserve the right to reject any order at my sole discretion, with no reason given.
1.7. All orders are to be posted on the relevant spree page. I reserve the right to reject any orders posted elsewhere.
2. PAYMENT
2.1. Only POSB/DBS/UOB/OCBC bank transfers are accepted. No inter-bank transfers.
2.2. I-Banking is highly recommended, but ATM transfers are welcome.
2.3. I will take in orders base on first payment basis according to my internet-banking statement.
2.4. Please check to see if the cap has been reached or if the spree is closed before making payment. Always refresh the page before posting a comment. Please do not be a nuisance by trying to squeeze in your order when you know the cap has been reached.
2.5. Excess from the exchange rate (if any) will not be refunded. However I reserve the right to collect the shortage should the exchange rate charged be more than the stated fixed exchange rate.
3. SPREE UPDATES AND CORRESPONDENCE
3.1. All updates will be done on the spree page. 4 major updates will also be sent via e-mail
3.1.1. Order placed with merchant
3.1.2. Order shipped out internationally
3.1.3. Order Arrival / Collection of shipping & local postage
3.1.4. Items mailed out to individual spree participants
3.2. Please provide an email with you check frequently, and add my email address to your address book so that all my mail gets through.
3.3. When emailing me, state the spree title as subject and include your LJ nick. Do allow 1-2 days for correspondence.
4. DISTRIBUTION
4.1. Distribution of items are non-negotiable and strictly via normal/registered mail only.
4.2. No meetups or self-collection will be done. Please do not order if you intend to meetup or self-collect.
4.3. The dates for first two mail runs and their respective topup deadline will be stated in the topup email. Subsequent mail runs will be mailed out at my convenience.
4.4. Items are to be collected within 2 weeks after arrival. Otherwise the items will be confiscated and disposed. If you need me to hold your items for more than 1 month, let me know in advance.
4.5. Local postage rates apply. I am not liable for any missing/damaged mail during the delivery process. To have peace of mind, please opt for registered mail at an extra $2.24.
4.6 The cost of local postage charge is calculated based on my weighing scale at home. If the stamp value is different from the amount quoted, please let me know refund or top-up will be made. (I do not have the luxury of time to check every individual package at the post office).
4.7. A handling charge of $0.50 will be collected per package or packages up to 2kg mailed to cover packaging and other miscellaneous costs. Additional charge for multiple packages or more than 2kg.
4.8. Any special requests for special packaging (i.e. post pac envelopes/boxes), are to be informed via email before topping up shipping/local postage, costs are to be borne by participants.
4.9. Combining postage is to be informed via email/at the time of posting orders for the 2nd/subsequent spree within 2 days. State clearly which spree you wish to combine. Once items have been packed, combining postage isn't an option.
4.10. I am not responsible for damages incurred during transit to your house via mail; however all packages are packed securely to minimize damage as far as possible.
5. OTHER TERMS TO NOTE
5.1. I reserve the right to, at my sole discretion, make changes regarding shipping, and cancel/delay the spree in accordance to response of spree.
5.2. I am not superwoman and I do make mistakes too, I am always grateful to understanding spree-ers who point them out to me nicely. I am only a spree organiser to help you-and-I save by buying together. If you are going to be unappreciative and rude to me, please do not join my sprees.
