To be honest my colouring is the easiest thing ever and that was just a fluke!

1. Duplicate Layer 1 > Sharpen 30%
2. Duplicate Layer 1 twice then screen 100%

3. Colour Balance
Cyan - Red 0
Magenta - Green -11
Yellow - Blue -30

4. Brightness/Contrast
Brightness - 90
Contrast - 47

5. Levels
12 1.00 255

6. Channel Mixer - Output Channel: Blue
Red - 0
Green - -28
Blue - +136

That's it! It might be a bit brighter than the original but I never save PSDs so its pretty darn close (:
