i finished reading That Was Then, This Is Now, written by S.E. Hinton. the book had a lot of depth. overall, i found it to also be very depressing. i didn't cry (bawl is really the correct term) like i did when i finished The Outsiders, but it was still sad. i have come to the conclusion that miss Hinton must have been in a very dark place while
