I was just musing to myself and thought I'd share. I love Eden almost as much as I love Idina. And I'll be seeing Idina in 3 weeks, so I'm sure there will be some kind of gushy post about that. BUT, here are two things I think Eden does better than Idina.

I'd never heard Eden singing Unexpected Song (and am shamed to admit I didn't know it was out there. Clearly I need to brush up on my YouTube searching). Sounds fantastic with her powerful voice, however. Particularly when the music first heightens around 1.25

Yeah, I was already an Eden fan when I found this video and all I could think was "wow". On that last note, I don't know if I've ever heard her sing that high in her head voice.

I dunno who I love more lately. But Idina probably still wins, that's what my iTunes counts are telling me, at least. ;)

I LOVE Eden's Unexpected Song and she clearly did it better than Idina, I think, though I like hers as well.

Argh, her NGD. That's so much love, though she had better ones than her last. But that might be just me. But Julia and Lisa have the better NGD for me, though Eden is close with Kerry... oh and Stephanie... god, I clearly have too many Elphabas I love.... xD

For me, Idina is my favorite Elphie - so much so that I rarely watch others. But when I found Eden's NGD, I was blown away.

And yes, I do enjoy Idina's Unexpected song, but Eden's is just...I don't even have words. Gah.

And I love your icon.

She is too... She is the only Elphie who manages to makes me cry during DG. No one else ever managed it there.... other places and songs, but not there. But I love too many Elphies anyway... my List is sooo long. xD

Eden's Unexpected Song is just perfect. This last high note... I was like OMG.
