Conan's Clues 4

Conan solved the mystery last week thanks to your help! The man was indeed Heiwajima Shizuo (Durarara!!). Conan met him and decided for some reason to not confront him about the costs of repair though, let's leave it at that...
Today, he met a strange person again. There was this great soccer festival with lots of free food. Conan was eating some delicious pizza when someone snatched it from him while he wasn't looking! He heard someone say "If the king doesn't move, then his subjects won't follow", it was most likely the companion of that pizza-stealing thief. Conan wants his pizza back! He has to eat a lot since he's growing! So who were those two? Rewards are two random cards again.
I will be gone next Monday, so this time you have until Tuesday, July 6th!
