POT OF GOLD 01
This is Pot of Gold, our first monthly game! Kind of like a contest that's not really a contest!
The object of the Pot of Gold is to complete different "tasks" that will be different every month. You'll get small rewards for completing them individually, but receive bonuses if you manage to complete all of them. How much of the rainbow can YOU complete? :D
- Everything collected and turned in for these tasks must be done in between September 1st - 30th. So you've only got one month!
- If a task involves collecting cards (that you do NOT have to turn in), you should keep the cards in your post until the end of the month! This prevents you from trading them off to somebody else so that you can both finish it~ Don't worry, card collecting won't be the only focus.
- When commenting here after completing a task, make sure you label your subject with "Completed", as well as the "color" of the task you finished. Also, make sure you let me know if you've completed all of them so I can give you your extra reward!
- Please give me a link to your logs for the collecting tasks~

THIS MONTH'S TASKS~
The theme of this month is Saiyuki! :D
✩ RED ~ Worth 2 random cards
Gojyo thinks he's the sexiest character in this entire TCG whose card deck has a red border. Can you prove him wrong (or... do you agree with him? XD)?
-Master any one deck with a RED border. (You do not have to collect all of the cards this month; as long as the mastery is turned in this month, it's fine.)
✩ ORANGE ~ Worth 3 random cards
Sanzo hates loud noises and is trying to relax; what's with all these loud people yelling things like "OBJECTION!!" around him?
- Collect 3 cards from the Ace Attorney series! They must all be from different decks.
- These cards can be obtained either by trading or from games.
- You must turn the cards in to complete this quest- meaning you will lose the cards, but gain new ones in exchange. (All cards will go to Recycled Art when this round closes.)
✩ YELLOW ~ Worth 2 random cards
The Saiyuki team is continuing on their journey, and they've decided to keep a record of the things they see by drawing the beautiful scenery. Want to help?
- Turn in 2 completed sketchpads this month.
- When you comment here, please include links to the comments where you turned in your sketchpads.
✩ GREEN ~ Worth 1 random card
Hakkai has lost his monocle! Maybe we can draw it back onto his face... do you think he would notice?
- Turn in a green crayon at the Art Shop this month.
✩ BLUE ~ Worth 4 random cards
- Collect one card from each of the four main Saiyuki decks (Priest, Rock, Erokappa, Monocle).
- These cards can be obtained either by trading or from games.
- You must turn the cards in to complete this quest- meaning you will lose the cards, but gain new ones in exchange. (All cards will go to Recycled Art when this round closes.)
✩ PURPLE ~ Worth 2 random cards
As much as some of us may hate to admit it, a big part of making a journey is the friends you make along the way. The point of this task is to make a friend and interact with them.
- Refer a member to the TCG this month. (Include a link to the joining comment where your name was used as the referral.)
- Trade at least one card with that member. (Also, include a link to the trade comment!)
✩ BROWN ~ Worth 2 random cards
Goku would like to eat a delicious meal! For his dream meal to come true, you need to assemble the parts for it.
- Collect three cards from decks whose names have to do with food! (Any food or drink names qualify. Deck names that have to do with taste, however (aka. Sweet) do NOT count, only food names.)
- These cards can be obtained either by trading or from games.
- None of the cards from this task may be used for any other tasks this month.
- The cards have to be of different deck names.
✩ GRAY ~ Worth 1 random crayon
On their journey to the west, the travelers have come across a wandering artist. He seems to know a lot about certain "colorful" characters from another universe...
- Submit EITHER a piece of fanart or fanfiction to the Fic and Art Submission post.

Completing ALL eight tasks will earn you an extra six cards and two crayons! You can gain up to 15 cards from this game this month if you... play the cards right! 8D Good luck!
