Thanks to your help, Conan managed to identify the mysterious woman. She was Asahina Mikuru from the future, from Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuutsu!
Just earlier, Conan saw a blonde man lecturing someone else about the ills of smoking, going on and on about the amount of harmful chemicals a burnt cigarette releases into the air, forcing the latter to leave in a huff. And the most unexpected thing was...after that guy left, the blonde man took out a cigarette, lit it and started puffing on it! It didn't look like he was too willing to smoke that cigarette though. What's going on here?
