How do you cope when the one you love is with somebody else and theres nothin you can do about it?

alright. i'm hurting so bad right now. and i cant talk to anyone about it. because i know they will be pissed at me for it. i cant help it. one of my best friends is mad at me and will kill me for what i have to say so i cant talk to her. one i cant get a hold of. and one is at drivers training. and one is a guy and wont understand. lets jsut say
