So I haven’t posted a REAL entry in a while.

Explain to me why I should go above and beyond at work anymore. Why should I care about giving 100% at work. Why don’t I just go into work and give 50%. Why should I care about my team, my co workers, and my performance.

Go talk to HR! If your boss and your uber-boss aren't fixing it, HR's job is to deal with shit like this. And if HR doesn't fix it, talk to somebody at the Department of Labor. There are laws.

Yes check your state laboe department website. Also check the Federal Dept of Labor, something sounds fishy here. You can always talk to an employment atty.
