You are (a dream) in my heart
I will hold you (this dream) forever, here, in my heart
Have you heard the story?
Far off worlds; painted landscapes
A trek of a hundred days
A hundred nights, a hundred trials
All of my self
I gave to the wind, to fly in our direction
To the earth, to stay our enemies
To the sky, to keep overhead
A hundred days
We walked, sometimes I
Would dance, with regret, for dancing
I’ve never done without sadness
So many trials on this journey
Across watery landscapes
The footsteps of Sin leave it; marring it
Violent, silent fluctuations in the reflection
All of my self
I fed to the fire, to keep us warm
To the sea, for a calm voyage
To the hungry, who starved for hope
You (the dream), the foreigner to my
Beloved landscapes, familiar scenery
Smile to the sun; it shines for you (though you’re
But a dream) and only you
Smile to me, and I (oh I, the dreamless)
Would ask these landscapes to stop
Flying so fast; to one day dance (And sing; a secret
Wish) without regret
All of my self
I let go, to make the passing easier
To the friends, so that they might not forget
To the people, so that they might not forget
(What is left of my self
I would give to -
To the dreams, so that they might keep dreaming
To the dreams, so that they might not forget)
I stood resolute for my final
Trial; to say goodbye without a tear
Bid farewell these beloved landscapes
Familiar scenery
The horizon I unconsciously strode towards
The horizon always out of reach
The (you) dream I let go; the last,
Greatest sacrifice I would’ve given
But you (just a dream) dived into the sea,
And destroyed my watery landscapes
Told me that it was
Only a dream (were you?)
All of your self
You gave to the wind, to carry us to unseen heights
To the earth, to stand resolute
To the sky, to keep blue
All of your self
You fed to the fire, to keep us merry
To the sea, for pleasant memories upon the waves
To the hungry, to be forever satisfied
All of your self
You let go, to make the (my) passing unneeded
To the friends, so that they might not forget
To the people, so that they might not forget
You (so much
More than a dream) gave, to these
Landscapes that are alien to you,
All of your (dreams) self
And left me (oh I, the dreamless,
But you tempted me with the thought of
Having a dream)
All by myself
Hundred days pass
Peace stays over my beloved landscapes
Trials lay undone; under dust, into dust
Still, peace over my beloved landscapes
(All dreams must end sometime)
You are (a dream) in my heart
