An Early Christmas Gift

Jenn and I went to eat dinner with my dad last night, since we're spending today with my mom's family. He took us out to easily one of the nicest restaurants I've ever been to. I had an awesome buffalo tenderloin and we shared a Wild Game sampler dish for the appetizer. I've never had elk before, but that may have been my favorite meat of the night
