More reason to want MGS4

I watched the newest trailer yesterday. It shows a scene where Old Snake in Metal Gear Rex is facing off with Liquid Ocelot in Metal Gear Ray. Holy crap, I think this means we might finally get to pilot a Metal Gear!!!!

It was. In MGS2, Ocelot had one of Liquid's arms grafted to him to replace the one cut off by the Cyborg Ninja in MGS1. Liquid began subverting and merging with Ocelot's mind then and they presumably have become one entity now.

And Liquidish Revolvery Ocelot-type Guy was too long of a codename. Even the ninja had a hard time remembering it.

Damn game... How dare they put a game out for the PS3 that makes me think about buying one??!! At least SCIV won't be PS3-exclusive (it was reported after SC3 that all SC games would be exclusive to PS from that point on). A third installment of God of War would also be a big draw to the PS3 for me. I guess I have to start pinching my pennies...especially since I just upgraded to a 360 Elite. Grr.

The first MGS was one of the handful of games in its genre that I played all the way through. I almost got through MGS2, but got distracted by something else at the time. I never really played MGS3...but I can sing the song that they included in one of the KR games (Party, maybe? Or it was an additional download).

It seems I spelled "grr" wrong. Let me correct it... Gr.

MGS3 was absolutely amazing. :)
