So....My dad and stepmom go off on vacations about once a year.  The joys of retirement.  They went to Turkey last year, the year before that my dad was an exchange teacher in Florence, Italy.  This year, Spain, Morocco and Italy for 7 weeks

How much longer do they have in Morocco? I firmly believe that these will be the most peaceful of all the mid-east protests we've seen. Morocco is sooooooooo far from, say, Libya. Night and day. I'm sure they'll be fine, but I'll be thinking safe thoughts for them nonetheless.

On the other hand...WHAT a time to visit Casablanca! This is a once-in-several-lifetimes thing to be witnessing. Think of what it will be like for them - and you - to look back on this a month from now.

I am glad that they are able to make those trips. What stories they must have!

I will wish them well during the rest of their travels and that they make it safely back home.
