-The Muppet Family Christmas (which crosses over The Muppet Show, Sesame Street, Fraggle Rock, and even Muppet Babies. Includes a cameo by some guy named "Henson")
-The Muppet Christmas Carol (which is surprisingly the closest movie version to the book. Narrator Charles "Gonzo" Dickens quotes whole passages from it.)
-Garfield Christmas Special (still tugs on my heart strings)
-The Futurama X-mas specials, especially the first one, where Santa Claus comes to town ... with a vengeance.
-The Care Bears Christmas special where they do The Nutcracker story, and there's amnesia and transformations and high speed chases and train crashes and unduly cheerful songs. And caring. Way too much caring.
-And my Dad's favourite Christmas movie: Die Hard (he will argue that because it's set during an office Christmas party, it counts)

Christmas is always about the usuals... Scrooged, Gremlins... the stuff always on at Christmas. Die Hard? This year I will mostly be watching Deep Space Nine and sitting at home by myself. Not exactly feeling the Christmas spirit.
