i went to the "daily grind" last night with my brother to hear eric stevenson play some piano rock. i hoped i wouldn't have to bla bla bla with people i'd seen once or twice when i'd been at school. we sat at a table near the front, and i was just settling in when a voice came from the direction of the couches
