Of course Anko has a phone. She doesn't go around giving her number out like a crazy person, particularly to students, but she's been an emergency contact before, so it's definitely floating out there somewhere. When given the option, she'd much rather speak in person, or at least out loud over the phone rather than by email or text message. Her shiny purple baby has the capacity to receive:

Her phone is always off during the day if she's teaching, and she has trouble hearing it over the noise on the nights she works at the bar, but it's typically always on. She checks both her work email (mitarashi.a@ls.edu), her team account (lsjudo@google.co.jp) and her personal account (constricted@google.co.jp) on her phone.
