My wife has 2 children. One is turning 18 in November and the other is 8. So this is my first experience with children and it IS an experience so I kinda feel ya on the mom thing.

Congrats on the smoking thing. I've tried and tried to quit....I don't think it will ever happen for me. We are definitely a dying breed.

There are several Columbi/Columbuses and I wanted to see if you were an Ohio columbusbecky. You are! My mother was once a "columbus" Becky. I am a Columbus (Ohio) Stephanie. I promise nothing--especially since the quality of my character is questionable currently--but being the best me I can be is all that's required of me, right? (insert modest chuckle here). Whatever the outcome, thanks for your time!

My apologies if I came on too strong in my initial comment. I've tried to check out your journal (after you added me) and I haven't been able to.

If you all like the Downtown area and you like ice cream, you should come to Cold Stone Creamery Short North (over I-670, north of the Convention Center). I work there. The atmosphere is good, as is the service. Maybe you've already been (to a Cold Stone/to our Cold Stone)? This month's featured flavors are Carrot Cake Batter and Pumpkin, if you're interested (tryin' to drum up some business, lol). The featured Originals for those are 24 Karat Cake (walnuts, graham cracker pie crust and caramel) and Pumpkin Pie In The Sky (whipped topping, graham cracker pie crust and caramel).

That's because I'm a dope and forgot to actually ADD you after I commented. Now you definitely will be added. We have been to the cold stone in short north. I didn't actually have ice cream there though. Tammy said it was awesom though.
