Hanekoma likes to keep an eye on the new Players, and so he's lurking there in Scramble Crossing as well: it's mostly the usual mix of confused teens, looking around for safety as the Noise descend on them. After this long, it only rates a shake of his head. There are some with the initiative to start moving, though, to dodge and weave while they seek partners -
An older American man catches his eye, and he ambles in that direction. Now that's unusual. There must be plenty of untapped potential left in the guy -- and what exactly had him in Shibuya, dead, ready to play the Game?
He'd have to go through the records. In the meantime, though, he gives the guy a lazy smile.
Everett whirls around as he hears a voice, taking a step back.
"Partner? Oh...yeah." He was a bit disorientated. Not really the state he needs to be in. "Any idea where to find one?" He grins slightly. "Or is helping Players against the rules?"
Everett's entry fee... Well, it was Destiny. Destiny and his memories everyone on that ship. Millions of light-years away, in a different galaxy. Everett's utmost desire is to get everyone on Destiny home.
He still remembered the Stargate Program, the SGC and Icarus, but nothing else.
"Can't get one for you, but any of those guys--" He waves a hand around Scramble Crossing, indicating the human figures who are running and dodging, Noise symbols after them.
"You can't fight Noise without a partner. Find one, and things'll start comin' together."

Find a partner. Right. Easier said...
Young looks about, spotting a potential candidate... Before some noise swoops in to try and attack. Young ducks and rolls, the noise missing him just barely.
"Damnit!" His target had gone as the colonel stands up, looking about, rather desperately trying to find another Player.
