Well Well where have you been

Well folks I have been missing in action for a bit but that is because i have been so busy with doing my own stuff and I am so tired after work that I just come home eat and go to sleep. But in the past few days I am getting use to the 10 hour days. I have been getting up at 3 to go to the gym and then getting home at 5:30pm. It is a long day but ( Read more... )

I think of freedom as when you are having no destination yet you chose that yourself, it was not something planned out for you or mapped out by some one else. Even though the US says we are a free country I truly could doubt that in many ways. Such as Bush trying to get a law of Gay marriage prohibited. We have turned the US into pretty much if you dont do what is expected of you or if you are different then you are looked down upon and you usually change your ways to be with the norm. Freedom is not the norm. Even though freedom should be the norm it isnt. I really dont think freedom xists unless you are really having no goal in mind and is just doing what your heart desires you to do at that moment in time. think the closest i have been to freedom was sitting in a very tall tree, no one knowing i was there and no one trying to find me, i could of just sat there for hours not doing anything and i had no goal just the natural feeling of being alone with the wind and the earth. Well I have to go my puppy is getting pissed at me, like ( ... )

I think you are right. There are mini freedoms. I don't think large, blanket freedom exists.

We are all prisoners of something; our culture, our brainwashing, the government, the rules, our neuroses.

Could you possibly be getting "peace of mind" and "freedom" confused? Looks like you're searching for a place that feels like "home", a place of comfort. Just my thoughts, Comandantes.
