it's the same calming, helpless kind of feeling you get when you realize that you are going to die in the next 30 seconds and there's not a damn thing you can do about it.
i was held at gunpoint in JC Penny in Dallas, Texas when I was 7.
i saw a poll this morning that had something like 41 percent thinking edwards won, 28 for cheney, and 31 said it was a tie. plus, one of my roommates saw a voter poll today that had kerry at 47, bush at 45 :)
I was personally a big fan of how, at least three times during the debate, Edwards started his rebuttal with "Now, what the Vice President has just said," and explained Cheney's scary-talk in idiot-terms (greg-terms) and turned it into something evil. That was beautiful.
And it was also beautiful when Edwards kept violating that rule and saying Kerry's name and then he'd just laugh and be like "oh yeah, i'm not supposed to do that, am I? HAHAHAHAHAHA NO but seriously..."

Not Bono.

Not to mention that I don't think Cheney won in the slightest.
Nor have I talked to anyone else who has.
Edwards owns my life. And my firstborn.
