Another really fun night. I went into the city with Jesse, Taylor, Ana, Kate, and Jenny (jesse and taylor are guys. hooray for ambiguity). We ate at a little Himalayan restaurant in alphabet city, and then say "Brown Bunny" at an indie movie theatre. It was...really odd? I can't describe it, it's one you just have to see. Michael Moore spoke on campus yesterday. Almost the entire school showed up to hear him, so the theatre was filled before I could get in. They set up speakers on the lawn, so everyone who didn't make it inside sat out there to listen. My third NYC excursion was refreshingly without incident. We went to the Museum of Sex today, which was really cool. One of their exhibits concerned old Chinese sex culture and fetishes, like foot binding, and how sex ties into Taoism. I'm in Steph's dorm at NYU. I went to a dinner party that Randy, my old prison buddy, held at his new apartment. It was...not quite as awkward as I thought it would be.
