noone goes to a university out of the province they live in!
in theory...if she was to go to a university outside of the province she would meet new people. so why would the people who go to upei from another province not be new?

also, that work story doesn't surprise me. the world is full of nutcases.

as for taking forever to grow up, that emily macnaughton is taking an awful long time. I wonder what the matter with her is, she ages slower than the rest.
