Yeah, it was pretty bright for a few hours, and for some reason we had the perfect view right from our backyard (it was coming over a hill, and kind of at an odd angle, which is why creepy neighbor came over to our backyard to get a better view of it.)

Oh yeah, I'm fine, it's just that where I live there are wildfires literally every single summer, and there was one close enough to see the other night. Idk, something about the weather here means that there's always a lot of lightning in the summer, and lots of high mountains covered in lovely flammable trees, so viola!, instant fires. I don't know who ever came to this place and thought it would be a good idea to start building houses, but there was obviously something wrong with them.
