I went to the gym today. Worked out for an hour.

30 min run - 2 miles

Worked out arms, chest, abs, legs and back.

I lost one pound! I'm at 173.

I hope this stuff starts coming off quicker! 1 pound every two weeks is rough!

I hate being back in school. . . only one class and I'm SO lazy. . . I have to write a 3  to 5 page paper tonight comparing two ( Read more... )

what are you getting your masters in??? Don't worry the weight will come off... cause I continue to put it on. =P And don't forget muscle weighs more than fat. You are doing great!!!

I'm not starting that yet. I'm finishing my second degree - Religious Studies. I picked it up late in the game, my Junior year so I just have this last Senior level class to finish. It's very intense and requires so much deep thinking. You are so silly! You need to update your LJ lady! Listen anytime you and Carrie get together I want to know about it - I can't promise I'll make it everytime but I want to see you girls more - and you know I'm good for my word. :)

I miss you two terribly! I mean that!!!

OMG! I worked out today too. I'm pretty proud of myself, but really I had to make myself because I ate Moe's and TWO lunches at school. I felt fat. Haha. But I ran for 30 minutes, about 1 and 3/4 of a mile. I'll probably hit the weights tonight. Thank for your inspiration Christina. Love you darling.
