hmm I am not sure if I am confused but in no way was I arguing with anyone on here..just putting up a convo with my friend..
I will agree with you in that I think we have evolved in a way to "handle" meat but I still stand by what I said..we were not created to eat meat. I never argued the "essential amino acids" Because its proven a diet based on a variety of grains, legumes, and vegetables easily provides all of the essential amino acids.

Its a big change but I think it is something interesting to look into.
Its almost scary to see all the things you're putting in to your body when you really research it!

I'm not really concerned about the science behind whether humans are made to be meat eaters or not, but I wanted to tell you that I think you becoming vegetarian is very admirable. I've tried to do the same in the past, but it's something that I don't have the will power to do. So keep it up, and don't worry about what anyone else has to say. Maybe someday I'll be strong enough to join you.

By the way, it was nice to see you the other night. Keep in touch.

it was great to see you too! yeah, the science isn't anything too important and probably not interesting unless you are already a vegetarian.

thank you for that! that was very sweet of you :)
it is hard to imagine but not nearly as difficult as you would think
