I just wanted to mention that your Icebox Man thing is indeed Carlin. I recognized his voice right away. I'm also somewhat of a Bill Hicks fan, though I don't own the CD you were looking for. I just thought I'd let you know that. if you ever want to hear the stuff I've got from either guy actually, Bill Hicks or George Carlin, lemme know & I'll upload something.
