Talk about encouragement. I've been fighting to lose weight, and I've had no success after that first bout. Today, I found out why.

My thyroid is off.

I'm now taking a supplemental thyroid hormone.

PS - hypothyroidism can lead to an irregular heart rate, depression, and weight gain/inability to lose weight.

Oh.

And I made RA! I move to Houston the 5th of August.

Yes, I quit A-kon.

First course - three lettuce salad.
Second course - Crab, shrimp, corn, potatoes, and a 4lb lobster for Mom.
Third - Marble brownies with homemade whipcream and a glass of milk.

Yeah, I cooked everything.

And purchasing all the food to make it - $85.

I was looking forward to lunch at A-kon with you, man. Take care. You're missed already.
