Whose strings? That'd be the Chief of Police, no doubt. The thing is, good luck getting anything worth your time out of him; he's about as useless as he was in my Template. It's part of the job requirements, being useless.

If this was my own Template, it would have been a whole lot easier to put some pressure on the police or the council to get some information. But without the connections from there...

I think we'd probably get more out of just trying to find anyone for ourselves instead of asking for some kind of answers from someone.
